Whether you are a crew posted to a project near Greenville, a contractor working across the metro, a traveling worker on a long assignment, or just settling into the area, a monthly site here gives you room to spread out and a straight shot to work.
$450 a month for your first 3 months

One flat monthly rate for a full-hookup site — water, sewer and electric on the pad, free Wi-Fi, and the run of the open amenities. On monthly and longer stays, ask us about electric when you book — long-term electric is handled separately, which is standard for the area.

How far is it from job sites near Dallas and Greenville?
We are right off I-30, so it is a straight commute — roughly 15 minutes to Greenville, about 20 to Rockwall, and around 40 to Dallas.
