A new park, done right
Super Park RV is a brand-new RV park in Caddo Mills, Texas — 160 full-hookup sites across 30 wide-open acres, just off I-30 about 40 miles east of Dallas. We built it from the ground up to be the kind of place we would want to pull into ourselves: clean, spacious, and finished, with the amenities that matter most open from day one.
No gravel lot with a mailbox. The sport courts, hot showers, laundry, and full hookups on every pad are here and ready now — with a resort pool and hot tub coming soon to round it out.
How we do things
A few simple ideas shaped the whole park — and they are the same ones that shape how it feels to stay here.
Room to breathe
Thirty acres, not a packed lot. Sites are laid out with real space between neighbors so nobody feels stacked on top of anyone.
Resort, not roughing it
Sport courts are part of the stay, not an upsell — with a resort pool and hot tub coming soon. Comfortable is the standard here, not the exception.
Texas-honest
Straight pricing and plain answers. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rates are right out in the open, with no fine-print surprises.
Everyone's welcome
Travelers, workers, families, and pets. Two pets per site, no breed bans — the whole crew is part of the deal.
The park we wanted to find
Too many parks make you choose — cheap but bare, or nice but cramped, or comfortable but an hour from anything. We wanted one place that did all of it: resort amenities, real elbow room, honest rates, and an easy shot to Dallas. So we built it here in Caddo Mills, on land with enough space to actually pull it off.

Yes — we are a brand-new RV park, built from the ground up and open now. Everything is fresh, most of the amenities were ready on day one, and a resort pool and hot tub are coming soon.
