What's included in the rate?
A full-hookup site with water, sewer and electric, plus free Wi-Fi and use of the open amenities — sport courts, the bathhouse, and laundry. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
Is the weekly or monthly rate cheaper per night?
Yes. The weekly rate works out to about $42 a night, and the monthly rate to about $22 a night — so the longer you stay, the more you save on the same site.
Is the rate per site or per person?
Per site. The nightly, weekly and monthly rates cover your rig on a full-hookup site — not a per-person charge.
Is electric included on monthly stays?
No. On monthly and longer stays, electric is metered on your site and billed separately at $0.13 per kWh, on top of the monthly rate.
How does the 12-month lease offer work?
Sign a 12-month lease and you pay $450 a month for your first 3 months, then $650 a month for the rest of the year — $600 saved. It is the same full-hookup site with the same amenities, and it is open to new and current guests who sign a 1-year lease.
